RETURNS POLICY

Cartridge World stands behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact the local Cartridge World where you made the purchase to discuss replacing, exchanging or a refund for the product.

Returns Policy

Cartridge World stands behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact the local Cartridge World where you made the purchase to discuss replacing, exchanging or a refund for the product.


All returns must be from the original Cartridge World location the purchase was made, and within 30 days of the original transaction.

All returns must have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Location owners and managers have the final decision as each Cartridge World is independently owned.


Returns performed depending on payment type:



  • At a Cartridge World location with cash, debit and/or credit card, or a check – refund will be made in the form of cash, credit, store credit, replacement, and/or a percentage off next purchase of a product at the discretion of the store in which purchase was made.
  • At a Cartridge World location using a debit and/or credit card, and if the card and PIN code are present during the refund, the account used for payment will be credited.
  • Any product returned without a promotional item(s) which was included in the original transaction (e.g., buy a printer, discounted toner), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.


Any return of a product which included a promotional gift card in the original transaction (e.g., gift card, buy a printer), will have the value of the promotional gift card deducted from the amount refunded.


**Please note Gift Cards cannot be returned**

Returns without a receipt:

If you return your item to the same Cartridge World location that you made the purchase, and you have the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase, we can look up your receipt.


A State-issued government ID/driver’s license or a Military picture ID is required for all returns made without a receipt.


We carefully monitor returns, and in some instances, and at the Cartridge World store discretion, returns made without a receipt may be refused.


Cartridge World reserves the right to deny any return. Return Policy may vary depending on Cartridge World location and region.

What cannot be returned or refunded?

Business and home services. Leased or no-cost printer program printers and other imaging devices (for a refund).
