NO COST PRINTER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The "No-Cost Printer Program™" provided by Cartridge World USA operates under the following terms and conditions:

Qualification for a No-Cost Printer: Customers can obtain a no-cost printer by purchasing two (2) sets of toner from Cartridge World USA. This transaction must be performed at the regular price that the toner sets have been sold over a reasonably substantial period of time. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers. Full details of the toner sets and printer models included in this offer will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

Setup Fee: An additional non-refundable setup fee is mandatory. This fee covers the initial installation and adjustment of the printer.

Participating Outlets: This offer is exclusive to participating Cartridge World USA outlets. A list of participating stores will be made available on our official website. Customers are urged to confirm participation prior to making a purchase. Please note that availability may vary based on location and is subject to changes without preceding notice.

Program Alteration and Termination: Cartridge World USA reserves the right to modify or terminate the No-Cost Printer Program™ without advance notice. In the event the program is suspended, customers who have met the purchase conditions but have not yet received their printer will be provided with a reasonable alternative solution, as determined by Cartridge World USA.

Qualification Process: To qualify, participants must complete the No-Cost Printer Program survey for evaluation and approval.

Returns and Refunds: If a customer wishes to return the purchased toner sets, the return must comply with our standard return policy. In case of a return, the customer's eligibility for a no-cost printer will be forfeited.

Supplier’s Responsibilities: In the case where a no-cost printer is not delivered to a customer who fulfilled the purchasing conditions, Cartridge World USA will take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.

Frequency of Offers: To ensure the No-Cost Printer Program™ remains special and meaningful, it will not be offered more than three times in a 12-month period in the same trade area, with at least 30 days elapsing between offers.

Consent to Terms and Conditions: By participating in the No-Cost Printer Program™, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Those who do not agree with these terms and conditions are advised not to participate in the No-Cost Printer Program™.

Liability: Cartridge World USA will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use or malfunction of the printer or toner sets, to the maximum extent permissible by law. Customers with any queries about these terms and conditions are encouraged to seek legal counsel.
