Janie has been part of the Cartridge World family for six years, where she’s built a reputation for her dedication, hard work, and friendly service. She began her career as a delivery driver and, through commitment and leadership, worked her way up to become the store manager. Originally from Nashville, Janie moved to Richmond eight years ago and quickly fell in love with the area’s welcoming community. Married for 17 years, she and her husband are proud parents of their son, Ethan, who currently attends Old Dominion University (ODU). She’s always ready with a smile and a solution, making her an essential part of the team and a trusted expert for customers.
